Begin the evening with our early à la carte dinner seating, or join us for the gala experience—a five-course menu paired with live entertainment, followed by a vibrant masquerade celebration featuring DJ performances and dancers. Guests may also welcome the new year at Spirit with bar entry, including a pour of champagne. A night of flavor, energy, and celebration—Aqua’s signature way to usher in 2026.
