Gift Vouchers

Aqua Restaurant Group uses trusted third-party providers to manage the payment and fulfilment processes of purchasing our vouchers.

By placing your order, you are providing us with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) which we will only use for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilling your order and, if for the benefit of someone else, communicating it to them
  • Collecting payment from you (which involves giving some of your PII to the payment processing provider)
  • If you provide consent, sending you marketing communications
  • Statistical analysis

We do not need your specific consent for the above as that processing is necessary if we are to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. We have a legitimate interest in using your data for statistical analysis.

If you have consented to us using your PII for marketing purposes, we will cease using it for that purpose if you withdraw that consent by informing us using the contact details set out above, or by unsubscribing from our emails.

When you place an order, payment is collected online and you are providing the payment data directly to our payment processing provider. We do not see or hold your full card payment details.
